Shipping Information:

It doesn't get much easier than this:
FREE SHIPPING on orders $9.95 and over, to USA including Puerto Rico, Guam and US Virgin Islands. If your order is below $9.95, a low flat rate shipping fee of $1.95 will be charged.

We are happy to ship internationally, offering US Postal Service - Priority or Express mail (where available). You can see how much the international shipping costs will be by clicking on the green Checkout button in the shopping cart located in the upper left corner of the screen (when items are in the cart). If you have any questions, please contact us via our Contact Us page or email: customerservice@pursebling.com. Please allow at least 2 weeks for your order to be delivered. Typically your order will ship within 1-2 days, however we may be out of stock on some items (very rarely). We will give you an ETA as soon as we receive your order.

Shipping Insurance
During checkout, you can select optional insurance. You might want shipping insurance if you live in an apartment complex, or high traffic area, and the package will be left in a visible location. The fee is based on the total amount of your order. If you purchased insurance, and your package was delivered and subsequently stolen or damaged, you can file a claim with the Post Office.


Returns:

If you are unhappy with your purchase please let us know within 14 days of receiving your order. Ship it back to us with the original packaging in saleable condition, postmarked within 30 days of receiving your order. Packaging must be intact and purse organizers must not be creased. We will be unable to issue an exchange or refund on merchandise that is not resaleable. You are responsible for the cost of the return shipping and a 15% handling fee which is charged to cover our shipping costs. The 15% handling fee will be charged whether you want a refund or an exchange.

Purse Organizers will not be accepted if they are creased. Please do not fold them, and make sure they are in a sturdy package that won't get crushed.

You will not be charged the 15% handling fee in these cases:
If you have received your item damaged, or if we've sent you the wrong one, you will need to make us aware of the problem immediately (within 48 hours of receipt). We will pay for the return shipping to us, no handling fee will apply of course, and we will either offer a refund or replace the item.

If you pay for a premium shipping option (like Priority Mail) when you place your order, then we will not charge a handling fee during the return process.
