Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition you received it
- In its original packaging with tags
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Returns sent without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages or Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days at info@pursebling.comΒ with your order number and photos so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items

- Perishable or personal care items
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different item is to return your original item and place a new order.
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must still meet the return conditions above.
