Everyone at Purse Bling is committed to making sure customers are satisfied with our products and happy with their purchases. In the event that your products are not what you expected, you are free to return it within 30 days of your purchase date. We keep things simple because we know what it’s like to be in your shoes. That said, we can deal with a few outliers that happen to be returned.
Charges and Credits
Return Shipping charges - Purse Bling will cover 100% of the return shipping postage for items shipped within the USA.
Unfortunately, due to high international shipping rates, we do not cover return postage for international orders.
Receiving your refund - Purse Bling does not charge restocking fees. You will receive a full refund to the credit card or PayPal account originally used within 3 business days of receiving your return.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item (s) was damaged during shipping, there are missing, or incorrect items, we must be notified within 7 days to correct the issue.
Email us at info@PurseBling.com with your order number and a description of the problem. For damaged items, be sure to include a photograph to assist us in processing the claim. Once the above has been done, a return number will be issued and a shipping label will be sent for your return. Upon receiving the returned item, a replacement product will be sent.
Replacements cannot be issued without a return number being assigned first. The sooner you notify us the better. Our window for filing insurance claims is limited to 10 days, which means we are unable to refund or replace damaged or missing goods if notified after 7 days.

Free Shipping - Some orders will qualify for free shipping. We're sorry, but due to the very high cost of international shipping, we can only offer free shipping in the USA.
Shipping Carriers - Purse Bling ships most items via UPS or USPS. While we do our best to get orders delivered quickly, we cannot account for any delays UPS or USPS may have. However, if you let us know of a delivery that arrives outside our guaranteed window, we will gladly refund any shipping charges incurred.

- Standard/Free Shipping: Packages are typically shipped using USPS and normally arrive within 4 to 10 business days (excluding holidays).

This base shaper fits perfectly snug in my LV Neverfull MM! It arrived with adorable packaging and completely flat and not bent. The red color looks amazing inside because you can't tell it's there and will protect and shape my bag. It's a soft leathery feel and good quality. I ordered the base shaper after I purchased the organizer. It is of good quality and holds up my LV Neverfull MM. I highly recommend this product if you are interested to maintain the shape of your tote bag. The item was shipped with my organizer as requested.
